  The staff are friendly and helpful. It is clean and tidy plus you can charge you phone as there are usb sockets available

  As a ex employee I would NOT recommend eating at this restaurant at all, iv seen first hand that people mess around with customers food. The cleanliness is shocking, some things were not cleaned in over 2 months, management team treat employees and customers with no respect, they make you work with no break for over 8 hours a day even though the law States 6 hours with no break, if you want your mcd's fix go to poppy or monks cross, do NOT EAT at Clifton Moor

  They have the machines! If you don't want to, you don't ever have to talk to a human. Food was quick, and even delivered to our table. Clean seating area, but reasonably busy on a bank holiday weekend.

  Got served by an good employee, (who was ginger) (didn't know name) and got served really quickly! Amazing experience and "kev" customer service person had a really good chat with him and he made us feel like we're at home!
  Would definitely recommend this mc Donald's too a friend
